At Sunkids we are always on the look out for great people to join our centres, which is why we encourage our employees to act as Sunkids advocates and refer talented people to help us build our network of passionate Educators. Through the Employee Referral Program, employees who successfully refer a candidate will be rewarded as a great ambassador if the employee commences employment within a Sunkids Centre.

Sunkids 'Refer a Friend'Terms & Conditions
- The referred candidate must have been employed successful for a period of 6 months prior to payment being
made. - Referral rewards are paid through our regular payroll on the next appropriate pay day after the above
requirements have been met. All payments are applicable to tax deductions. - Referral rewards cannot be split or shared. If more than one person refers the candidate, the first referral received
will be entitled to the reward. - Referral rewards are subject to change based on company requirements.
- Managers or employees referring family members for a vacant position within their centre or another Sunkids
centre may be eligible for a payment at the discretion of Sunkids. - Centre Manager who are referring a candidate will need to ask Human Resources to complete the full recruitment
procedure to ensure it is impartial and to retain their eligibility for a payment if the candidate is successful. - Any disputes will be handled by the Human Resources Officer.
- Please be aware that The Recruitment Procedure will still apply for employee referrals.
